We understand that the oil spill has many concerned…asking could the oil could hit the beach while your vacation is planned. It is for that reason we are introducing an Oil Spill Guarantee --- Like our Hurricane Policy, we are offering a refund in the event the oil spill would reach the Destin beaches and the county closes the beach during your vacation (for unused days). I hope this will give you some relief, let me know if you have any questions. Send us an email for the week you want and your offer price and we will respond to all offers. All reasonable offers will be considered --- in these economic times, we have the flexibility to work with our guest. This condo at in Tower 1 at Shoreline Towers is an oversized 1425 square foot, beautifully renovated condo right on the Gulf of Mexico --- Gulf Front. This unit in on the 10th floor, but we also have our 3rd floor condo in the same building - This is just one of our 4 family owned condos in Destin. Also, make sure to email to ask about any specials that we may be running --- if your trip is within 30 days, we offer really great discounts. Shoreline Towers is a private (24 hour security) complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin with NO streets to cross. Shoreline Towers features tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Also - stay connected... wi-fi internet access is offered for FREE for the whole complex!

Only a few FEET TO THE BEACH WITH NO STREETS TO CROSS is a plus for families with small children. No crossing busy Highway 98 to get to the beach. Take a dip in the heated pool, stroll on the beach, play a game of tennis, or walk to one of the restaurants or family attractions - no matter what you do, you are bound to have fun. 
 
The bedrooms feature a king-size in the master and two full-size in the guest room. With the queen-size pull-out couch, this condo sleeps six very comfortable. Three TV's, two VCR's, DVD, and a cabinet full of games and puzzles are for those days when you've had too much sun.  
 
Located on prized Gulfshore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or Gulfarium, some of the finest golf courses in the south and definitely the best little fishing village with amusement parks and miniature golf make this area fun for everyone. 
 
The view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. Take the elevator to the bottom and step out on the whitest beaches and into the bluest of waters and one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water.
