This home can be rented as a two bedroom or a three bedroom, rates will be adjusted accordingly. Please call for more rates.

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €1100 per Week


1.Check In Time: Will be 3:00 pm.
2.Check Out Time: No later than 10:00 am.**** There will be an additional charge of $30.00 per hour for late check outs*****
3.Rental Payments: An advance reservation payment will be paid upon booking unit. The amount is specified in the rental agreement. Final Payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Dates are specified in the rental agreement.
4.Damage Protection: We require a credit card on file regardless of how the rental. property is paid for.
5.Payment Methods: We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards.
6.Cancellation of Reservation: Prior to 30 day you will forfeit a 150.00 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of arrival you will forfeit 150.00 plus and additional 125.00.
11.We must have a copy of your driver license. Please send with signed rental agreement.
