This 18th Floor condo is one of the highest in Ariel Dunes II and has the views to prove it. Great views of the Gulf, the Lake and even the Bay from the front. Just completed, solid travertine and granite flooring throughout the entire unit. We love Destin and this unit is being furnished with our family and discriminating clients in mind. Over $60,000.00 of furnishings, and a guest book full of rave reviews!

Solid Walnut and Leather King Sleigh Bed w/ Pillow Top Mattress, 2 solid walnut nightstands with marble inlay top, matching solid walnut chest of drawers with marble inlay top, 37 in. HD plasma flat panel TV, progressive scan DVD player, travertine tile flooring with area rugs. Master Bath has dual vanities, large glass shower, separate whirlpool soaking tub, and travertine floors. 
 
Second Bedroom: 
Moroccan style Rattan and Solid Wood Queen Bed w/ Pillow Top Mattress in the second bedroom, 2 west indies nightstands with marble inlay top, west indies chest of drawers with inlaid marble top, 37 in. HD plasma flat panel TV, progressive scan DVD player, travertine tile flooring with area rugs. 
 
Bunk Room: 
2 bunk beds with high density foam mattresses, solid teak wood and banana leaf armoire, 20 in. Flat Screen TV/DVD/VCR combo.

Wireless Internet, cable television with HBO/Showtime, telephone, strictly non-smoking indoors. This is one of our vacation properties in the area, so we may very well be in Destin when you are and we enjoy meeting the people who share our home here. Included with rental of this unit you will receive 40% off golf, a free beach setup, and 10% off dining at the Whale's Tail. Daily Maid Service is available upon request for an additional fee.
