Make our pet friendly beach home your home for a time to remember and treasure. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom and kid friendly loft has much to offer. A boardwalk links you directly to the ocean with the Gulf of Mexico to the west for spectacular sunset viewing and the St.Joseph's Bay to the east for those who treasure to start the day with a marvelous sunrise. There are 3 porches one leading out from the living room and each of the 2 bedrooms. Out here in vacation paradise, far from light pollution, stargazing and looking at the milky way give you time for reflection and serenity. A spacious loft that kids describe as "awesome" becomes their own secret and special space. The loft has 3 single beds and a sitting area with TV/VCR/DVD and board games. The second bed room has a queen size bed with its own deck and chairs. In addition the house has a queen sleeper sofa 4Tv's DVD, VCR and fireplace, grill, we store lawn chairs, tennis racks and inflatable rafts in the downstairs utility room. Since we love dogs and dogs love the beach, we invite you to bring Fido along to complete the family. The community has 2 pools, 2 Tennis courts and a playground only a few steps away. Cape San Blas has a 4mile long bicycle path and if you did not bring your bike you can rent one on the Cape.

This townhome has a big upstairs loft, with 3 single beds. which Teenagers especially love as it is their private space. The Masterbedroom suite has a balcony and king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom suite has a balcony and a queen size bed. There are lawn chairs and beach toys in the utility closet. The townhouse is pet friendly and our beach was listed as the best beach
