If you are looking for a super place to stay on the Gulf of Mexico in the Florida Panhandle, then look no further. Dolphins Dance is a large end unit townhouse located in a small family oriented community of townhouses on the Cape San Blas beach. It is a very private unit as it backs onto a lake so the two back decks, one open and one covered, overlook the lake and not other peoples decks. It is a short one minute walk to the beach along a boardwalk. It is fully equipped with beach gear, books, movies and games. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare those special meals from local seafood which is so abundant and fresh.

The beach is absolutely amazing! Pristine, fine white sand and not crowded. Cape San Blas is located in a wonderful,largely undiscovered part of Florida. You will find loads of things to see and do, but you won't find crowds. The restaurants are local too, not chains. Opportunities for nature viewing, both on and off the water, abound. Dolphins Dance has room to park a boat too, and there is a boat launch nearby in the St. Joe Peninsula State Park.

Reservation deposit is $300 and it becomes a damage deposit during your stay.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Daily rental available, with minimum 3 night stay. Four week monthly rentals available too. See my website for details.
First half of rental is due 60 days prior to the start of your vacation, the second half is due 30 days prior.
$90 cleaning fee.
11% Florida taxes on the rental, cleaning fee and pet fee id applicable.
Checks and money orders accepted.
