Pair-a-dice. This spacious, 3 bedroom, gulf front beach home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as Alligator Bay with 90ft of private beach. The home's wraparound decks along with numerous windows make it possible to enjoy a dramatic water view from every room. The home has been completely updated with antiques and nauticcal handcrafts throughout, a panoramic tiled kitchen and living room for family gatherings, two tiled bedrooms and bathrooms with a captain's sprial staircaise to thes loft. Special area are the master bedroom with a sitting area, a fabulous outside covered eating area, and an outside shower.

Our beach front home is tiled through out with wrap around decks and only steps to a sugar white beach. We have open air seating underneath our home which keeps you out of the sun on a hot summer day and the ocean breezes are wonderful. We have picnic tables, swing and adorandack chairs for your enjoyment.

				Low Season Price:	$1,000 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,000 per Week

To reserve the week, one half of the reservation amount is required. Payment is to be made in full 30 days out. A $300.00 damage deposit is required and refundablewithin 14 days if the house is left in order. We do accept money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal and Businees Checks Should you find it necessary to cancel your resevation, your deposit will be forfeited unless written notice of such cancellation it received by us at least 60 days prior to your arrivla date, or we are able to replace your reseration for the full term and rental rate. Should you cancel this reservation after you have paid in full, we will retain the prepayment as liquidated damages, unless we are able to re-book the house for the full term and rate of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
