Absolutely charming home close to Sombrero Beach. Sparkling clean and very cozy home with a huge screened porch overlooking the wide canal. Birds eye view of the ocean from the porch overlooking multi million dollar homes at Sunrise Isle. An extremely tranquil setting.
15 amp electric and water at the dock at the 40' dock. There is shallow water dockage for boats up to 21'. Swaying hammocks overlooking the lovely pool which is 13 X 30. 3' at the shallow end going to 6' in depth with two sets of steps. There is pool heat at an additional charge. Gas grill and lots of outdoor furniture either lounging at the pool or under the porch for those that don't like the sun. Perfect setting for a scrumptious cook out!
Going up to the home you will enter thru a very large screened patio. The home itself has an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all open. Lots of glass doors look at the patio and the WIDE canal.
Tropically decorated you will feel like you are on a Caribbean Island. This is not your typical keys rental. It is tastefully done. TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room. Hi speed internet service, CD player and 2 DVD players. Central a/c, washer and dryer.
King size bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin.
Nice storage shed dowsnatirs (Rubbermaid) for beach towels, fishing equipmemt, scuba tanks, etc.
Please absolutely no pets and no smoking.
