The main house contains a kitchen, living room, dining room, bath room and master bedroom. A second bedroom and bathroom with an outside entrance is located right off the very large Tiki hut and patio area on the water. Each side has its's own central a/c and heat. The large Tiki is set up with dining table and swinging hammocks, perfect for relaxing, listening to island music, outside dining, lounging, reading, coffee in the morning or the perfect setting for coctails and breath taking sunsets on the water. There is also large dockage area should you rent or bring a boat. There is direct ocean and bay access.. We are located on a small island about 12 miles north of Marathon. Zoned as a commercial fishing village the island is laid back and rich in character. You can walk its three streets and watch your nieghbors, lobsterman and fisherman tending to the days catch or repairing traps. Easy enough to buy the freshest stone crab,lobster, or fish for the evening meal or charter your nieghbors(professional guides) to take you out on thier boat and catch your own. We are tucked away but close to the larger islands of Marathon and Islamorada where festivals and other events are commonly held, and less than 60 miles from Key West. Other amenities include washer/dryer, canoe, rowboat, bicycles, bbq grill and more.

Close to dolphin research center where you can swim with the Dolphins. Inummerable restaurants and shops, boat/kayak and jet ski rentals, para sailing, snorkeling, diving,and fishing charters close by.
