Equipped to accommodate boats up to 30 feet with dockside electric, water, dock guards, cleats and a fish cleaning station.
Totally renovated and newly furnished canal-front half-duplex home with two bedrooms and two baths that can sleep up to five (5). Master bedroom has queen-size bed and a private full bath.
The second bedroom has one full-size and one twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and two sliding glass doors that open onto the side and back yards and provide a great water view.
Full kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, tel. with answering machine, outdoor lounge furniture, two outside eating tables, gas grill, pets usually not allowed, no smoking.
