$500 Deposit Required to Hold Reservation. The prices quoted are for four persons or less. If there are more than four people (up to 8 max) a fee of $375 per person will be added for those additional guests. Christmas week & New Year's, add 10%. Booked on a Saturday to Saturday stay. Check-in: 4PM Check-out: 10AM. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and personal check or money order. The full rental fee is due 60 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is posted prior to the 60 day window, 1/2 deposit will be returned. If cancellation is necessary after payment has been made, the refund will be determined if another rental is secured.
