Home is located on deep, wide Atlantic access canal with 100 foot concrete seawall and boat dockage with fish cleaning station. Home is also located on a private airstrip.

(excluding certain weeks, utilities included) Mo.Rate: starting at $3800/month.(excluding certain months, utilities not included) Security deposit equal to half the rental fee. $175 non-refundable cleaning fee. 11.5% FL bed tax Available weekly, monthly, & seasonally (By lease & negotiated fee)Owner is a captain & scuba instructor. We may also be able to put together acombination package to include lodging PLUS Diving, Fishing and/or Lobstering(Call for Pricing). WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYPAL, 3% charge depending on your location. PLEASE INQUIRE. OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY RENTAL AGREEMENT ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE RENTAL START DATE FOR ANY REASON. RENTER WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
