Located in a very prestigious area with a canal that leads to the Atlantic Ocean for swimming, fishing and diving in famous Looe Key, or to the back islands on the Gulf side. You may bring a boat up to 30' and dockage if free. Boat rentals are available nearby as well as fishing charters. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, as does the second bedroom. Third bedroom has two twin size beds. You will never want to leave after enjoying the screened terraze facing the canal. House is fully equiped including a BAR-B-QUE grill in the bottom patio with a hugh picnic table. Many fine restaurants nearby and Key West is just 30 minutes away. Occasionally, you may see a tiny Key Deer in the yard which is common in this part of Big Pine Key.
