The Conch Retreat Condo is in the beautiful gated community of Truman Annex. It's within walking to Duval Street and the best beach on the island, Fort Zachary Beach Park. There is off street parking.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and flat screen HDTV/DVD and the second with two twin beds that can be converted to a king.
It has one bathroom with tub/shower and hair dryer. It also has a washer & dryer and fully equipped kitchen that includes coffee maker and blender for those yummy Margaritas. It has 2 balconies with a grill to cook your catch of the day or relax around the tropical foliage & read a book from the library collection.
In the living area is a flat screen HDTV/DVD, CD player, music and ceiling fans throughout and doors that open up to balcony. There is a semi private pool and beach towels are provided. The condo is very clean with tropical decor.
