Description: This conveniently located three-bedroom townhouse was renovated in late-2003 with painstaking attention to detail. It is located in the Shipyard Condominiums of the Truman Annex, a private, gated community with 24-hour security. There is a reserved parking spot located directly in front of the unit. The 2003 renovation added a third bedroom on the second floor, completely renovated the kitchen, and placed new maple cabinets and Corian countertops in both full baths. At the same time, the entire unit was lovingly redecorated by world-renowned Joanne Valentine of Naples, Florida. The kitchen features solid maple cabinets with a beautiful granite countertop, breakfast bar (with two padded stools) and a stainless steel sink. All appliances are new (December 2003). A large refrigerator, electric stove with smooth cook top, microwave and dishwasher help to facilitate your meals. It is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need to prepare a gourmet feast. Spend a day out fishing in the plentiful waters surrounding Key West and then return home to enjoy the fruits of your labors by cooking your very own fish. There is a tiled, full bathroom complete with shower on each floor. Bathrooms come stocked with linens, soaps, shampoo, blow dryer and everything else needed to make you feel right at home. In addition to standard linens, there are enough beach towels for each guest. The first floor bedroom features two twin beds and a custom closet. The window overlooks the front porch and lovely greenery. This second floor bedroom is the largest of the three bedrooms. Two twin beds can be placed together to form a king size bed. There is a 30" television and a DVD/VCR player. The third bedroom is the newest of the three bedrooms added during the 2003 renovation. It offers a queen sized bed and television. A glass block window overlooks the staircase leading to the living room. The large, furnished second story balcony is accessible from the French doors in this room. The living room/public area is comprised of three distinct but joined areas. There is a desk with chair for writing letters and postcards to friends and family trapped in the snow up north. A seating area features a full entertainment center surrounded by a very comfortable couch and two swivel rockers. The bar (with two comfortable stools) is behind the couch and opens to the backyard deck. Evening entertaining and dining flow perfectly with this layout. Entertain your friends or just yourself with the entertainment center which houses a stereo, DVD/VCR player, CD player and 32" television. The large backyard deck offers table seating for six.
