Our condo will comfortably accomodate up to 4 people in one queensized bed, 2 twins or a pullout sofa in the living room. As our own vacation home it is equipped to make your stay enjoyable. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is high speed internet access, for those who wish to bring a laptop computer. The back porch with table, chairs and electric grill is a wonderfull spot to spend "island time".

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1200 High Season Price : $1800 per Week

1800/week in season (Christmas through Easter) 1200/week off season (certain special events such as Fantasy Fest excluded) There are no extra charges for cleaning, etc. One assigned secured parking space is included Rental rates are subject to 11.5% Florida salestax A $250 security deposit is required.
