Note: Rates are per night for double occupancy or family with kids.Extra adults will be charge $15 per night if allowed on a case-by-case basis, we try tolimit each of our cottages to 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 to 5 kids depending on the cottage for the serenity of all our guest. We have a minimum of 5 nights/6 days booking. Adult kids less than 21 years old is free,22 years old and above will be considered as paying extra adults. $50 to $100 One time Cleaning Fee depending on the cottage.We are a pet Friendly resort.. Dogs one time cleaning fee is $50 for each dog. All cottages are Non-smoking inside.. But can smoke outside the cottages or at the Tiki Hut. Peak season starts DEC 15 and ends July 30.. A $500 deposit is required to confirm the booking. Your Deposit will be refunded if we receive email cancellation-notice 30 days before check-in date. Deadline for cancellation:30 days prior to check-in date for regular reservations.
