Security Dep: $600.00 , to hold desired dates
Prof Cleaning Services, $100.00 (Non-REFUNDABLE)
Keys and Pass cards , $100.00 (REFUNDABLE)
Cancellation Policy:
All monies will be refunded, if within the alloted time frame of (3) months notice. If, owners are not notified, within that 3 month time frame of your origional check-in date, then a $100.00 fee, will be withheld, due to possibility of not being able to fill unit.
keys and pass cards, are to be returned by mail to owner, within (7) days of your departure date. Otherwise, the $100.00 deposit will not be refundable. Keys, and pass cards, are coded, so it is necessary to mail back keys and pass cards, within the (7) day time frame of your departure date.
Monies:
Accept, Personal checks, Bank Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers, in USA monies.
