Come enjoy the privacy of your newly renovated vacation house. A two bedroom, one bath, home located one block from the Intercoastal Waterway and four miles from the public beach. Along the waterway, there is miles of large sidewalk where you can walk in comfort, jog, rollerblade or bike ride.

The cozy, stylish interior has been updated with new tile, kitchen, bath and wood flooring. The bedrooms have posturepedic mattresses and lush bedding. For an additional guest, the couch opens to a queen sofa bed. The house is fully equiped with all linen and kitchen wares. The house has central air conditioning and heat for your comfort. The only thing to add is you and your food items. Everything else is there. Also available are beach chairs,books, towels, and a movie selection.

The large back yard is dotted with Coconut Palms and gardens with a fenced dog run located to the back of the property. It is located in a safe, quiet, unscale neighborhood of the South Flagler area and minutes from public and private golf courses, beaches, CityPlace, Worth Ave.,Clematis Street, Museums, County Zoo, Antique Row, Convention Center, movie theaters,great resturants and clubs, and much, much, more to mention. To save you valuable time, you will find a diretory of area attractions and shopping in the house. If you are up for travel, we are located several hours from Disney World, the Florida Keys, Miami and South Beach.

And towards the back of the property is a fenced dog run. Both bedrooms have postropedic mattresses and comfortable bedding. And the sofa opens to a queen sleeper. It is located within minutes of anywhere you would like to be and within hours of Disney, and the famous Florida Keys.
