We are across street from the waterway that leads to a major lake called Lake Osborne which many people jet ski, fish and motor boat on. This is a non smoking home. We accept only small pets and only for rentals longer than a week however, we do require a pet deposit.

We are located near every major shopping area yet our home has a country feel. Nearest grocery & pharmacy store can be walked to. Close to hospitals. Safe and we have an alarm. House is fully equipped to move in and have a great vacation. We are 10 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to a gold area, fishing & boating can be done in our neighborhood on Lake Osborne, we are 2 hours to Disney World, 4 hours to Key West by car, 10 minutes from airport in West Palm beach, 15 minutes to City place, 5 minutes to the famous Delray Beach activities. We have 3 TV'S, 2 DVD's, local telephone service, one barbacue, private fenced in pool area, wood floors, tile and interent access provided with a small fee. We have great references from our previous vacationers and one of the owners is a licensed RE agent and bonded in the state of Fl.

We really have a great location. We are located near the beach, yet close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. Miami and Fort Lauderdale are withing driving distance and very reasonable commute.We have a nice Zoo nearby 5 minutes and children love this. Lion's country safari is about 45 minutes. We are around 30-45 minutes away from ari boat riding in the grasslands of Florida. Public golf courses everywhere. Great places to eat and only 5 minutes from the new City Place in Boynton Beach called Renaissance City.

				Low Season Price:	$1,050 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,350 per Week

We have an agreement form to sign with our cancellation policy's and it is very reasonable. We require a small hold deposit of $100 or $150 (refundable). Later on (closer to the rental date) we require another $350 or $400 for a total of $500 deposit (again refundable) for the damage deposit to the home.We give this back to you upon final inspection of the place. This is held in an escrow account. Thanksgiving week to May 1st. weekly rental is $1,350.00 (can be lower depending on the amount of stay). Holidays are $1,450 (Christmas, New Years, & Easter) Summer rates can vary from $,1050 to $1,250 weekly. E-mail for exact rates when interested. Monthly rates are $3,500 totally furnished & all utilities in high season. $2,800.00 or lower if in summer months. E-mail for exact rates. For an additional $30 monthly we supply DSL (pro-rated weekly). Also for sale if interested. We sometimes will rent for less than a week
