This home has been beautifully remodeled and is very clean and neat. It comes completely furnished, 3/2/1.5 garage with an in ground pool, 1,570sf living area, located in Floral Park area of Lantana (southern West Palm Beach area). The community has boat access to Lake Osborne and is only a 10-minute drive to the beach and many local activities, shopping and restaurants available! This home has a full new kitchen, wood floors, plus more, with a live-at-home decoration feel. Pool area and deck is privately fenced in, along with a garden area. Amenities include 3 TV's with satellite service, DVD's, alarm, DSL, stereo, & telephone, gas grill and more. All amenities included (beddings, towels ect.Small pets are generally welcome, but will require additional small-pet deposit. This home has become a yearly return location for many of our customers. We really live very close to many attractions. We are 2 hours to Disney World, 10 minutes to our Local zoo, 30 minutes to Lion Country Safari, 15 minutes from West Palm Beach airport, and 40 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport. We have water skiing on the nearby lake we live on and this is only 5 minutes away. Any major chain store or restaurant is only within 10 minutes of our place. We live 10 minutes from several beaches. Golf is only 5 minutes and of course there are many other golf areas within 20 minutes. We are near PGA Golf about 20 minutes. We are 25 minutes to the baseball stadium.

Low Season Price : $950
High Season Price : $1550 per Week

We require a deposit of $500 for a weekly rental. Totally refundable with notice. Deposit used only if there is home damage. We have an agreement we send out with all the details for your safety and ours. Our deposit is more if staying monthly or longer. It is usually equal to the amount you pay for the month.
We accept checks if they are mailed at least 3 weeks in advance, cash, money orders and credit card for people in other countries. If credit card is the choice of payment then there is an extra charge for the fees aassociated with it.
I am bonded by the State of Florida. I am a licensed broker and notary. We own the home.
