Deposits: Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% credit card deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of making reservations. If you must cancel after the 48 hour release period, but at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival up to 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. At the owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if the same days are re-sold. At the owner's discretion, a cancellation fee may be applied to a future stay in a Casa Grandview resort dwelling. Additional Guests: All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25.00 per night charge for each additional guest 18 and over. Maximum occupancy shall not be exceeded.
