Yes, you can walk onto your boat from the living room. You are also within walking distance of Grand Harbor's two 18-hole championship golf courses and 12 tennis courts. The swimming pool is only 20 yards away. The surrounding beautiful landscapes, with lakes and golf courses invite you for memorable evening walks. The home offers 3 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3.5 baths. It is beautifully decorated in a provincial Mediterranean style. Unique accessories and paintings throughout the house create a relaxing and romantic ambiance. 
 
The attached 2-car garage opens into a nicely landscaped courtyard which invites you into the main entrance. The open floor plan allows direct views of the water from the wide open kitchen, dining room, and living room areas.
