    New 2008 Rates are for two adults and include taxes and standard cleaning. Nightly (3 night minimum): May 1-Nov 21, $120; Nov. 22-Dec. 19, $130; Dec. 22- Apr 30, $150. Weekly: May 1 - Nov. 21, $750; Nov. 22-Dec. 19 $795; Dec. 20 - April 30, $895. Monthly: Dec.-Apr, $3200; May, $2800; June-Nov., $2500. Extra Guests: $5 per night per person. Children 6 & under no charge. Reservation/damage deposit: Nightly or Weekly, 20%. Monthly, 15% Reservation/damage deposits are NOT credited towards the rent. Reservation/damage deposits returned within 5 business days unless cause. Pets (limit of two if approved): $10 per night per pet. Payment: Payment due on arrival in cash, money order or bank check in US Dollars. No Personal Checks for rent. Personal check ok for deposits. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning charge if necessary.
