The kitchen opens on the family room and large screen TV and fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances. 
 
The home is located in the Central Beach area of Vero Beach. You can walk to everything you need. Bike and kayak rentals are just blocks away. Restaurants, stores, and the beach boardwalk are all within an easy stroll. Major stores and shopping centers are just a short drive over the bridge. The marina, museum, tennis complex, and theater are all within one mile of the home. 
 
The home which was built in the 1990s and has high ceilings and an open slit floorplan was completely remodeled and furnished in December and looks and feel like brand new, All of the floors are tiled, the kitchen has kitchen aid stainless-steel appliances with a gas stove, the third bedroom has two trundle beds which when open equal four single beds, kids will love the room, the pool is gas heated and private, the house is located one block from Ocean Drive with its restaurants, stores, and beach boardwalk within easy walking distance, there is a life-guarded public beach with ample parking within blocks of the home, the home is located on a quiet Street, you can sit by the pool and hear the ocean
