Elevator Access to this 2nd floor unit in quiet complex(5 floors total; only 40 units in the complex; 4 units on each floor). Only 1.5 hours from Orlando/Disney or 1.25 hours from West Palm Beach airports. Wonderful restaurants nearby, village market across the street, quaint shops 1 mile away, shopping outlets 40 minutes away, fishing on beach, theater less than 1 mile, Polo matches (in season), fabulous restaurants, and more. Vero Beach is the secret "hideaway" to some celebrities - including Gloria Estafon, Jon Bon Jovi, and more. If you are looking for a quiet luxury get-away with great restaurants and shopping, this is the place!! You cannot get a better view of the ocean 24/7. REQUIRED 3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL.
