WELCOME TO PARADISE! Sea Oaks is an unspoiled barrier island oceanfront gated community, 
nestled between the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Indian River and inter-coastal waterway to 
the west. Lush tropical landscaping and century old Sea Oak trees are a hallmark of this 
community. 
Sea Oaks is a five star private beach and tennis community located on the barrier island of Orchid 
Island in Vero Beach. There are 16 Har-Tru tennis courts, a private beach club with lunch and 
dinner service available. Activities at the beach club include a BBQ on Wednesday evening and 
Happy Hour on Friday evenings where residents and guests gather to socialize and make new 
friends. Wednesday afternoon there is a pro exhibition tennis match for your viewing pleasure. 
Tennis clinics are offered for all levels of play. There are walking paths throughout the community 
as well as a marina for fishing or to view an incredible sunset over the Indian River. Numerous 
social activities are ongoing during the season. Each neighborhood has their own private pool and 
hot tub. A brand new 2 million dollar fitness center and community center just opened March 
15,2009. 
All renters are required to join Sea Oaks as a temporary member for a fee of $107. per week plus 
a $100.00 application fee. This entitles all renters unlimited use of all the facilities at no extra 
charge. Food and beverages are billed separately. 
The floor plan consists of a living room, dining room, master bedroom with queen size bed and 
bath with large glassed shower, guest bedroom with twin beds and bath, den or guest bedroom 
#2 with double size futon, family room, additional full bathroom. Large balcony with breath taking 
view of the Indian River. Fully furnished kitchen with all new electrical appliances. There is also a 
2car garage. There are 2 television sets, DVD player, sound system and hi-speed internet service.
