Vacation Rental Description

Please note: Our condo association requires a two month minimum rental. The condo, in Vista Plantation, has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a very large living and dining area and a kitchen with all appliances and a breakfast counter. The condo complex is surrounded by a lovely, very well maintained, golf course and lake system. Fishing is allowed from the condominium banks and there are many large oak trees scattered throughout the complex providing shady areas for enjoying the Florida coastal breezes.
The recently redecorated clubhouse includes table top games, two full size lighted and heated swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, lighted shuffleboard courts, and a screened picnic pavilion with fans, lights, water, gas grills, and a permanent charcoal grill.
The condo has been recently refurbished with all new carpeting and furniture. Everything is provided for you and you are minutes away from everything; outlet mall, antique shops, and several of Florida's finest beaches with plenty of free parking.
The complex is located 3.5 miles east of exit 147 on I-95. We are also only a 15 minute drive from the beach. Disney Orlando is an hour and 45 minute drive and Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral are 45 minutes away. There is live theatre in Vero Beach and a lovey Botannical Garden.

Vista Plantation is a 55+ recreational community. Our GROUND FLOOR unit overlooks the well maintained, public, par 62, 18 hole golf course and one of 8 lakes in the village. Everything including linens is supplied. We have covered parking, a King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, and 2 large walk-in closets. High speed internet (DSL) is also provided. A phone for local calls is provided. Pets are not allowed, and at least one occupant must be over 55 years of age. Smoking is also not allowed. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIRES A TWO MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL and application. All cooking utensils and equipment is provided, including a cappucino/espresso maker.

We are located within a 1/2 hour drive of what is reputed to be one of the 10 best Largemouth Bass fishing lakes in the U.S. We also have great saltwater fishing in the Indian River and offshore in the Atlantic with boat rentals available. There is hardly an activity you can name that is not available in the area. There is also a beautiful general avaiation airport within 2 miles that has one of the largest flight training schools in the U.S. (Flight Safety International). Piper Aircraft Corporation builds all of their aircraft in their plant on the airport premises and conducts tours.

				High Season Price:	$1,500 per Month

The unit is not available in February or March as the owners are in residence at that time. December & January: $3,000 for two months. April & May: $2,000 for two months. June, July & August: $1200 for any two months. September, October & November $2,000 for any two months. $100 cleaning fee and 11% Florida Tax applies. $400 deposit is required with application/reservation and will be returned within two weeks of your departure. Rental, Cleaning fee, and Florida tax is due 50% 90 days prior to occupancy and 50% 21 days prior.
