MINIMUM STAY IS ONE WEEK
May thru November-Low Season-$560.00 per week/$1500.00 per month, PLUS $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $70.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.
December thru April-High Season-$700.00 per week/$1800.00 per month, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay) $250.00 refundable deposit and a $70.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.
No Pets/No Smoking inside unit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO EXCEPTIONS-All payments and application must be received five (5)weeks prior to arrival.

We are a married couple that live in Kissimmee, FL. We have the condo in Sunny Isles Beach and use it as our vacation rental as well. This is a second home to us and not a professionally managed property. This property is used and maintained by us. We keep it very clean, maintained and use top quality products for our condo.
