    June thru September-Low Season-$600.00 per week/$1500.00 per month PLUS: 13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure. October thru December-Mid Season- $650.00 per week/$1600.00 per month PLUS:13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure. January thru May-High Season-$800.00 per week/$1700.00 per month PLUS: 13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.     We are a married couple that live in Kissimmee, FL. We have the condo in Sunny Isles Beach and use it as our vacation rental as well. This is a second home to us and not a professionally managed property. This property is used and maintained by us. We keep it very clean, maintained and use top quality products for our condo. We welcome guests that are looking for a cozy feel of a home, more amenities and better pricing than a hotel. We look forward to having you as a guest in our home.
