Our lovely home is located in the sought after residendial area of Sewalls Point, the 3.5 mile long peninsula between the town of Stuart and Hutchinson Island. The beaches are literally just across the bridge. 
 
The house has three bedrooms, two of which are Master Suites with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bathroom, closet, TV and patio doors that open out onto the screened pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bathroom and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, huge closet space along one wall and a cabana bathroom across the hall with a door that also opens out to the pool deck. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. All rooms have ceiling fans and the house has air-conditioning throughout all living areas. 
 
There is also a living room, formal dining room, family room with breakfast area, kitchen with serving hatch to the pool deck, garage and utility room. 
 
The pool area is fully screened for comfort and has sun-loungers, seating and a patio table for outside dining and the back yard is very private being either fenced or screened from neighbors by high greenery. 
 
We have a computer, complete with broadband internet access and a wireless network, enabling you to bring your own laptop to use around the house. 
 
You can even bring along your own boat! There is a fenced storage area to one side of the house and 3 public boat ramps within a short drive.

This vacation rental also has A/C, ceiling fans, in/out drive with ample parking, fenced boat storage, private back yard, computer with broadband, printer, secure wireless network, Comcast TV, telephones with free local calls, 3 TV's, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, beach chairs, some pool toys and 2 bicycles. The kitchen is also fully equipped with oven/hob, icemaker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and blender. Cookware, utensils, table linens and other kitchen necessities are supplied. Bed linens, towels, beach towels are also included. We have a gas BBQ that you are welcome to use. Our lovely pool and spa was added in 2008 and is 33ft by 16ft. It can be heated when necessary and kids will love the deck jets for a bit of fun!!

Stuart is known as the 'Sailfish Capital of the World', with first class fishing whether you bring your own boat, hire one or simply fish from beneath the bridges and other spots in the area. 
 
The nearest golf is Martin County Golf Course, a 5 minute drive away. In the immediate area, there are a wonderful selection of other fine courses which welcome visitors. 
 
The main Stuart Beach is just over the bridge - 5 minutes away by car. There are other beaches and beach access points along the coastal road towards Jensen Beach or if you go south on Sailfish Point you will find Bathtub Reef Beach where the natural reef creates an off shore lagoon which is popular with families.  
 
Other nearby activites include mini golf,snorkeling,museums,oceanographic center and a huge choice of restaurants (3 within walking distance) to cater for everyone. 
 
No trip would be complete without a visit to Kilwin's Ice Cream Shop in Historic Downtown!
