Vacation Rental Description
The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 1'2 bath town home. It is direct oceanfront (at high tide you can throw a stone in the ocean) in a residential area. The beach is wonderfully quiet and has the most wonderful panoramic view of the ocean and beach. There are two chairs in an atrium section of the living area, which give an unobstructed view of the beach/ocean. You go out the slider, onto the porch, down steps and you are on the beach. The unit has central heat/air, laundry facilities, two TV’s with satellite, a DVD, WiFi and an enclosed garage with additional parking for a couple of vehicles. Each kitchen is fully equipped with stove w/microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, Corelle dishes, flatware, standard pot & pan set, glassware, ovenware and misc. kitchen tools.  
 
The master bedroom is on the ocean side with a jacuzzi tub and a balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed and is also on the oceanside with a slider and balcony. The third bedroom is located on the opposite side and has the western view. We provide all bed linens, with an extra set for each bed and bath towels. Bedroom configuration is as follows: master has king bed, 2nd bedroom has king bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.  
 
 
The townhome has just been completed and is brand new. It has many upgrades (granite surfaces throughout, beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, travertine baths, two car spacious enclosed garages, two bedrooms on the ocean side with balconies (third bedroom on west side) - everything is new, etc.  
 
 
There are many activities and restaurants in the area. We are located approximately 5 – 7 minutes north of the historic city.
