Our newly constructed courtyard home is located at exit 323 just east of I-95 at the famed World Golf Village development in St.John's County. This model home has three luxurious bedrooms and an additional self contained granny suite above the garage, all furnished to a very high standard. You will find everything you need to enjoy a week of golf, beach or cruising the nearby St.John's River.There is a small whirlpool spa in the courtyard and a fully appointed kitchen if you love to cook. If you prefer to dine out ,there is a Renaissance Hotel and Murray Brothers Caddy Shack within walking distance or a fifteen minute drive to the historic district of St.Augustine which offers a multitude of fine restaurants. Another ten minutes will take you to St.Augustine Beach (Anastasia Island) and the pristine Atlantic beaches of the First Coast. The City of Jacksonville and the international airport are approximately forty five minutes from World Golf Village.St.Augustine has its own general aviation airfield.
