Spacious, bright and clean condo with large screened balcony for viewing the abundant wildlife of the tidal marsh and the numerous yachts and sailing ships cruising the intracoastal waterway (ICW). Very private and tranquil a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a wine cooler and dishwasher and small appliances used by the most creative gourmets.

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom with walk in closet and shower. The guest room has 2 single beds with an easily accessible bath adjoining with a tub and shower head. All linens are 100% cotton.

There is a wine cooler, plus all the small appliances used by creative cooks. There are three pools in the complex...one has great views of the ICW...the other is heated. There are five tennis courts, a pier for relaxing or fishing in the ICW and miles of walking or biking paths.

Easy day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks, Sea World, Original Marineland, Florida's inland springs, and waterways, Jacksonville Zoo.

Just 10 minute drive to St Augustine's historic district filled with galleries, Castilla de San Marcos (Fort built in 1565), numerous great restaurants and unique shops. Then there are 24 miles of the most diverse beaches in all of Florida and the intracoastal waterway.
