Beachfront villa, w/ magnificent ocean views both floors, larger than any oceanfront condo & most oceanfront houses for rent along this coast. 4 bedrooms (1 of which is set up as den w/ sleeper/sofa, but has clothes closet & lockable doors), comfortably sleeps 10 adults + portacrib & 2 Pack 'N' Plays, game room (see below), dbl. garage, pool, 2-person Jacuzzi on platform overlooking ocean, desktop computer, Wifi, HDTV & 5 flat screen TV's,surround-sound. Small, private, quiet, gated complex of only 10 units w/ absentee owners, pool, tennis court, & private beach entrance. Kid-friendly & stocked w/ baby/toddler & pool/beach items.

Lighted tennis court. 1/2 garage set up as game area:15-in-1 game table (foosball, air hockey, pool--NOT regulation size--etc.); reg. size ping pong table; arcade-style 7'tall electronic dart game, w/ all bells & whistles--literally! Whole-house surround sound w/ 3 separate zones. 5 flat screen TV's new as of 5/12 (pics may still show older models). 2 guest room TV's have built-in DVD. Den, master, living room have components (CD/DVD/VCR). Spare older model TV in closet. 119 gallon water heater for lots of hot water, no matter how many people taking showers at same time, dishwasher running, etc. Whole-house pump-driven hot water recirculating system for immediate hot water at any faucet--no waiting! Pool (30 seconds from back door) is for exclusive use of 10 units. Many guests report they had it to themselves all week. Out of town & out of state owners in other units rarely use pool.Boardwalk crosses federally-protected dunes to beach.

Too, too many attractions and activities in the area to list! St. Augustine is America's oldest city, and with that comes European-style architecture, the downtown historical area, museums, costumed interpreters, our historic fort, Castillo de San Marcos, the Bridge of Lions. We also have fantastic restaurants--from world-class to little dives--and we're especially reknown for fresh seafood. Downtown and out on the beach are little boutiques, galleries, etc. Besides the ocean, there are the Intracoastal Waterway, the St. Johns River, bays, inlets, etc. Some of Florida's oldest attractions, Marineland and the Alligator Farm, are in our city. Lots and lots of golf venues abound, notably World Golf Village. Upon booking, we arrange to have two visitors guides mailed to you, and we have a big basket with menus, pamphlets, brochures, coupons, maps, etc. in the townhouse.
