Vacation Rental Description
This is my most beautiful waterfront home! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms with king beds and the other bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin bed in each room. TV/DVD in all bedrooms plus a big screen in the great room with DVD/VCR. The game room also has a LCD TV with DVD, pool table, foosball,darts, bunk beds, bathroom with shower, and the exit door to the screen porch to the pool area. This room is on the entry level. All other rooms are on the second level upstairs. Great floor plan! Great room with view of the waterway and the big screen TV, the living room with panoramic views of the waterway with baby grand piano, master bedroom with craftmatic adjustable bed with remote controls. The master also has beautiful views of the waterway. Doors to the top deck with the large stainless grill. The kitchen has awsome granite countertops and 42 kitchen cabinets mostly stocked with everything you will ever need. All quality items and stainless appliances. Views of the pool and waterway from the kitchen also. Beautiful huge heated pool and hot tub at the edge of the waterway. You will enjoy the sunsets while relaxing in the pool. Watch the sailboats and yachts go by or the dolphins playing in the waterway.Small fishing dock if you like to fish. Please bring your own pole! Two tandem kayaks if you feel athletic and want to enjoy the waterway. This home is just 10 minutes south of the Historic District of St. Augustine where you will enjoy the History of this Country and plenty of things to do. This home sits at the narrow part of the Island where you have the best of both worlds. Enjoy the waterway to go fishing, kayaking, a enjoy the views and just a three minute walk to the beach where you can go for a walks and enjoy the surf of the Atlantic ocean. This will probably be the best vacation you ever had. I have heard that from many guests. I also just live five minutes away if you should ever need anything. I own five homes in this area and love what I do. I stay busy constantly buying new items to keep my homes updated and beautiful.

    • What a great waterfront home this is! With the beach and ocean only a three minute walk away. You will walk into this large 4,000 sq.ft. hm. with character. Game rm. with pool table and foosball. This large rm. is on the entry level. Bunk beds and bathrm with shower, screened porch with sm. refrigerator, grill, and table and bar for 10 people. As you walk up the wide stairway you will feel like you are in paradise as you gaze out the wide glass doors to the most beautiful water views and sunsets you have ever seen. Watch the sailboats and yachts go by or the dolphins playing. Huge heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. After taking in the views maybe you are musically inclined to play the baby grand piano. The master bedrm has a massive bed with craftmatic mattress with remote controls for each side. TV/DVD in all bedrms. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Stainless refrigerator & dishwasher. Beautiful!

      High Season Price: $3,750 per Week
         

    $2600.00 for week during October, November, December, January, and February (excluding holidays) Thanksgiving $3500 (includes 10 days) Christmas week $3500, New Year week $3500 $3500.00 for week during March, April, May, and September $3750.00 for June, July, and August (4th of July is $3950) Add 9% tax $250.00 cleaning fee $1,000 when making reservation. I email you when I receive it. Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. I email you the arrival information when I receive your balance. I will email you a form with all the information about rules and cancellations upon request or when you reserve my home. Pets please add $50 but must be well behaved, flea protected, and up to date on shots. $1,000 refundable damage deposit within one week after your departure if no damage.
