Vacation Rental Description
Treat yourself to a beautiful ocean view each morning from the balcony while having your morning breakfast. You will find this unit to be light and sunny throughout the day because of its southern exposure. Our condo (R-22) at Ocean Village Club is a second story unit in an elevator equipped building which affords you the privacy one enjoys having while on vacation. It is decorated very tastefully, is well maintained and has all the amenities one needs for a great stay at the beach. The sounds and view of the ocean provide an added benefit to this rental. You will enjoy a roomy master bedroom with ample storage and comfort. A walk in shower is available in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed which converts into a king or two twins. We also have two roll away beds for the little folk. They can even enjoy their own bathroom with tub and shower. 
 
Amenities abound in this condo. It offers air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, small appliances, microwave, ice maker, cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, VCR and DVD, 2 telephones, free local calling and ample linens and bedding.

    • Just a short distance from out condo is historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the nation. Here you will find wonderful dining experiences, great shopping on old St. George Street, the famous "Castillo de San Marcos" fort, antique shops galore, carriage rides, deep sea fishing and other assorted water sport activities. The list goes on. You can visit the Potter's Wax Museum, the Lightner Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Flagler College, The Alligator Farm, Daytona International Speedway, Marine Land, and Disney which is an easy one hour and 45 minute drive from our doorstep. If one is a golfer you will find courses to challenge all levels of one's game. The World Golf Village has two great championship courses. By the way, if time permits one will have to go on one of the infamous St Augustine ghost tours to get acquainted with some of the cities oldest residents. A must for families.

    Winter 1/1-3/22 plus May Daily with three day minumum $170.00 per night Weekly $750.00 Monthly $2150.00 Summer 3/23-8/16 except May Daily with three day minimun $185.00 per night Weekly $850.00 Off Season 8/17-12/31 Daily $135.00 Weekly $600.00 Monthly $1850.00 You will also be required to pay a $250 deposit for 3 night and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals will require a $500.00 deposit. These are refundable. In addition to this there will be a $70 cleaning for for 3 night rentals and weekly. Monthly cleaning fees are $150.00. Payment is required 1 month in advance of arrival penalty for cancellstions
