We're located on the beach in Anastasia Island south of Anastasia State Park and minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city. Minutes from nearby historical attractions including Castillo De San Marcos and Ft. Matanzas. Famous St. Georges Street with all of its shops and stores, Ripleys Believe It Or Not Museum, Potter's Wax Museum, The Alligator Farm, The Fountain of Youth, 3D World, The Lightner Museum, Ghost Tours, Horse-Drawn Carriage Tours, Tour Trains, The IMAX Theater, St. Augustine Lighthouse Museum and tour, Marineland, and more !
Nearby discount outlet shopping and excellent restaurants. 45 minutes from Jacksonville and Daytona. Less than 2 hours from Orlando/Disney and Kennedy Space Center. Also about one hour from Ocala National Forest and the crystal clear Florida freshwater springs (72F water temperatures year round !).
We furnished and equipped this condo for comfort and included all the amenities you expect. On the beach in St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia Island just south of beautiful Anastasia State Recreation Area and 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. On the beach and Close to many local attractions, restaurants, sporting activities, World of Golf ,outlet shopping, and groceries. Fully equipped second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,350 square feet condominium. Elevator to the 2nd floor. Accommodations for eight. Master bedroom -king size bed. Second bedroom-Queen size bed and the third bedroom -2 twins Beds plus Day Bed with Trundle(this can be king). Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Central air and heat. Only steps to the beach. Two splendid freshwater pools with one viewed from a private balcony surrounded by the lagoon and palm trees ,the other next to the gazebo by the beach (both are surrounded with sundeck loungers). We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals (nightly rentals are limited to off-peak periods with 2 nights minimum. Our fall/winter weekly rates start from $1085 , and our spring/ summer weekly rates start at $1485. Please contact us for additional rate information. We do provide multiple night/multiple week discounts . Please note that until reservations are confirmed all rates are subject to change. There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a $250 security deposit which also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks, money orders, and bank drafts within 45 days of your planned stay. We will accept personal checks in excess of 45 days of your planned stay. visa/mc/discover can be accepted with a 2.5% handling fee.

The pictures that are displayed on the internet are the exact replica of the property. The condo was beautiful and I felt right at home. All the amenities you could ever need was there. My husband were very pleased and impressed with the accommodations.The condo is even better than described in the ad.It was very clean,smells fresh and well organized.We stayed in many beach condos in the past and expected only the same ol over used apartment,this one really surprise by how well it is kept up.The resort itself is very manicured.Of course we love the fact that the beach is the back yard!We are very happy we discovered this place and will definitely return .Thank you Alain for being there for us.

Our Great Trip to St. Augustine

We stayed at this condo in St. Augustine Beach the first week of June, 2008. Our group consisted of my husband and myself, my elderly mother and our three college age daughters. The condo lived up to its description as it was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a great view of one of the complex's pools from our interior balcony and could see the ocean from the balcony outside the condo's front door. The entire complex was very well cared for with neatly groomed, tasteful landscaping and buildings. It was quite a paradise for us Northeners! We enjoyed the pools and the ocean each of the perfect blue sky, 80 - 90 degree days we were there. St. Augustine is a lovely, quaint old city with many different kinds of opportunities available. It is about a 15 minute ride from the condo and we especially liked the restaurants and the trolley tour of the city. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an escape to the beach.

Date Submitted: May 13, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008 This was our first time booking a condo by owner .At first we were a bit skeptical but after calling and speaking with Alan the owner we felt good and mailed our deposit .Our stay at this condo was conformable and felt like home.It smelled good and clean.There were a couple of cracked tiles in the kitchen floor and a small stain on the living room carpet.The laundry room is private.The pools are great one of them is facing the beach. Our deposit was refunded within a couple of days.We enjoyed the condo,the complex is very well maintained ,the beach and the city are awesome.We will definetly return to this condo at our next vacation. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway

5/5 My July Vacation at 2br condo Mo Mo Florida. Perfect Family Vacation mac1212 Ocklawaha, Fl. 32179. Date Submitted: August 05, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008 We have just returned from our vacation in St. Augustine in this wonderful complex and condo. This makes two years in a row for us and we have already made arrangements to return in July of 09. The accommodations are wonderful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed "our home away from home." The pools are great, we enjoy the pool closest to the beach because it is less busy during the day and perfect for our grandchildren, although the older kids enjoy the pool that is visible from the balcony. We enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen as well as dining at the local restaurants, with the Sunset Grille being among our favorites. Sunrise runs on the beach were only surpassed by the moon light walks. Of course a trip or two to the "Old City" is a must, as is a visit to the Fort. We even managed to get in a couple of rounds of golf. Thank you, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We are looking forward to our return in July of 09. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers

We have been to St Augustine many times and always stayed at the same place.This time that place which is considered by most very exclusive was going a face lift.We decided we will try this very beautiful condo on the beach.The pictures in the listing are true,the description didn't do this place justice.The owner was very pleasant and eager to assist with anything.We loved the feel of this place and will stay there again and again.Thank you Alain for having us.
