There are outstanding golf courses for a variety of skills. Our condo has been recently refurbished and offers all of the comforts of home. Cozy and comfortable with a screened in porch. You can sleep with the sliders open and drift off listening to the waves crashing on the beach. It is a few short miles to the old city, the oldest in the nation, offering quaint shops, sights and restaurants. You are only a short distsance to the PGA Village and factory outlet stores by the dozens. A two hour drive takes you the Disney World in Orlando. Winter months offer a mild climate and the summer breezes keep the warm days and nights comfortable.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $500 High Season Price : $750 per Week

In addition to the weekly rate there is a $75 cleaning fee, 9% Florida State Tax and a $250 security deposit. Checks and Bank Drafts are preferred method of payment. A 50% deposit is required and may be canceled with a thirty day notice. Shorter notices will be refunded if the condo can be rented.
