BRING YOUR BOAT - 3 MONTH MINIMUM 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHS Charming ground level Duplex. The back porch overlooks the Intracoastal where your boat sits and waits for you. This unit will rent at $1850.00 per month plus taxes and fees. There is a 3 month minimum. The total for the 3 months would come to $6,384.38 this would include all the taxes and fees. There is also a $400.00 refunable security deposit required. Compliance with Rules and Regulations : Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM. Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof. A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in an interest-bearing or non- interest-bearing escrow account with all interest accruing to the benefit of Beach Realty Center, Inc. at their sole discretion. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice within 15 days of booking date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
