This oceanfront unit is ideally located on the second story (top floor)with a panoramic direct view of the ocean and the rising sun and moon. The ocean views are awesome, wheter the outlook is sunny or stormy. The sand beach is deep and uncrowded and is separated from the condo by a large grassy area with palm trees and tropical plantings. The beach is ideal for surf fishing, running, walking and biking. Surf Villas property covers 3000 feet of beach frontage, while Sawgrass Beach Club covers an additional 4000 feet.The beach is 88 steps from the condo.
Located on the top floor, a beautiful renovation was completed in January 2010 with new kitchen,complete with granite countertops,new bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower, new flooring, flat screen TV and complimentary INTERNET! New cookware and a complete kitchen with full size new electric range, microwave, etc., is great for long stays.

The master has a king size bed and the living room has a pullout. Tastefully decorated and freshly painted. Pool, restaurant,golf and tennis amenities are available through a temporary membership at Sawgrass Country Club. The living room has a flat screen tv and the bedroom has a second tv. Long distance telephone, cable tv and Comcast internet service is included at no additional charge.
