Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $2800
High Season Price : $3000 per Month

There is a minimun rental period of one month. No weekly rentals are available.
We require 50% of the monthly rent plus a $500. refundable security deposit made with the signing of the Lease Agreement. The balance consisting of the other 50% plus the state and local taxes of 12.5% and an $85., final cleanup, is due when you move in. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the occupancy period, the security deposit will be retained and the balance will be returned.
Boat slips are available for an additional fee.
Taxes are not included in the base rent shown.
There are no taxes on rentals six months or more.
