    • This location is close to all amenities. Parks for children or dogs. Basketball, volleyball, roller blading and bike trails are around the corner,golf and ocean fun are minutes away. Restaurants can be found on the ocean or a short ride from the house.Shopping is less than 2 miles away (2-3km). You can walk to the local amphitheater for some live music under the stars or go to the horse races at the Pompano Race Track 20 minutes away. If your a gambler a new Casino is awaiting you nearby. For the little ones, there is an outdoor playhouse and tunnel set in the backyard. If the adults need some time off. Babysitting is also available by people we know personally or there is a wonderful drop in center called "Kids Playtown".It is reputable and licensed by the state of Florida and gives you the opportunity to drop off your child(all ages) for up to 4 hours to shop or have dinner while they play with other friendly faces!

    When you are ready to reserve this property a 50% deposit is due.We accept Credit Cards and will send you an invoice via Paypal.We can also accept checks(USD only). Cancellation is allowed no later than 90 days before your arrival and a cancellation charge of 10% of the total rental will be deducted from your refund.There is a $500USD (cash only) security deposit due upon arrival after a walk thru. If you intend to arrive very early or late in the day then we ask that you include your security deposit with your initial payment. This will be refunded to you after a walk thru the day of your departure or within 7 days if your departure is very early or late. Please don't forget to add 11% tax and $135 Final Cleaning Fee to your total. Thank you.
