Vacation Rental Description
Totally updated villa on the water, watch all the boats go by while you sit in the jacuzzi or pool. We have coconut trees and coconuts, banana trees and a large patio for entertaining or just having fun. The kitchen is a chef's dream, a center island with a black cook top, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, all new with wood cabinets, granite counter tops and an eat in bar with 6 stools all open to the perfect living room designed for entertainment and comfort with two Lazy Boy leather reclining chairs, couch and love seat, all set off by a large flat screen, wall hung plasma TV. Mom can cook and be part of all that goes on in the living room at all times unless Dad says, "Lets all go out to dinner"! 
 
The family/dining room has an entertainment center, large flat screen TV, new couch and chair plus a convenient desk with wireless internet for your use. A sliding glass door leads out to the pool and patio area where we have chaise lounges, chairs and a glass table for eating and entertaining. Also here you will find a hammock to relax and take a nap in. The heated pool has a large shallow end for the kids and a deep end for those wanting to swim more. The patio has lots of sun but also shade for those preferring to get out of the sun. The pool has sun all day long. 
 
The Master Bedroom is huge with glass sliders to the heated pool and water, a sexy marble master bath with rain shower, wall jets and oscillating shower head encased in clear glass block, and there is plenty of room for two. Take two steps out the master sliding glass door and hop into the jacuzzi that is built into the patio for a relaxing evening under the stars. The Master is on the opposite end of the house from the guest bedrooms and living area. The villa is heated and air conditioned throughout. 
 
Guest bedroom #1 has a glass sliding door to the patio and pool and a queen sized bed, guest bedroom #2 has a convertible leather couch made into a queen sized bed. These are separated by a full bath. 
 
Rent a boat and tie it up to the dock, take it out to dinner or site seeing in Ft. Lauderdale. See how the rich and famous live with their mulitmillion dollar Villas and huge yachts 
 
We have over 80'of dock space for boats and you can fish right off the dock. We have fishing equipment in the laundry room, where we also have a washer and dryer, bikes and pool. There is plenty of parking and you will need to rent a car, even though everything is nearby.

    • The private pool is large and heated to 85 degrees F (30 degrees C). The jacuzzi is also heated and there is plenty of room for 5 to relax and enjoy. There is a plasma large screen TV mounted on the wall in the livingroom, another TV in the Family Room, one in the Master Bedroom and one in #1 Bedroom. Cleaning service is not included, but is available for those wishing it.

    Prices include all taxes. There are no cleaning fees charged. We only require a deposit of 25% to lock in your dates, but lock in early as our weeks go very fast. We accept Master Card, Visa or verifiable bank to bank electronic transfers. We do not accept cashiers checks or bank checks.
