Perfect location no need for a car and gas prices
the location is perfect a 5 minute walk out the front door to a private pristine beach at the end of the street! Great restaurants to walk to. the owner Dr Joe gave us a complete list of all restaurants with reviews and activities in town. We rode the bikes on the Lake Trail which is 4 houses away from this house. The layout of this home was outstanding (allowing for privacy for everyone) especially the upstairs outside decks one for each bedroom with french doors that open uped up to the decks, where we sat and had our dinners and morning coffee enjoying the ocean breezes which were fantastic.With TV's in all the rooms the kids loved being able to go to their rooms and watch whatever they wanted. The kitchen was super stocked with all the necessary up to date amenities and an indoor grill. When I did not feel like cooking we had a deli down the street Too-Jay's deliver us lunch or dinner that's a vacation!!! My husband and I got to play tennis and the kids went to a few days of Karate class and arta and craft at the Recreation center. This home easily accomdates a large family for a reunion and i would highly reccommend it to anyone. Fantastic!!! Thanks dr Joe

Awesome Location and Great House
we would highly recommend this property. The photos are very accurate and home is well maintained. The owner was very helpful with golf and dinner reservations and directions. The two bikes were an added bonus, we used them everyday. The decks were a nice place to have morning coffee. The big screen TV in the beautiful eat in kitchen was our favorite restaurant. the beach is stunning..
