Villa Rental Rates Low Season Price : $450 High Season Price : $950 per Week

Yearly rent per month is $1,800 fully furnished, just bring your toothbrush. First, last month and one month's rent security are required up front to take possession, plus a credit check and references. You pay electric, gas and water charges, plus phone service. Seasonal rent is $3,800 per month, one month minimum. Seasonal rentals need to be prepaid, either by bank check, cashier's check or wire transfer. Prefer three month minimum rental, but not required. For any rental less than 6 months, The State of Florida requires a 11.5% Tourist development tax, which is added to the rent. Seasonal tenants only pay long distance phone service and DSL Internet, plus electric charges of a $100 which are deducted from the required security deposit of $1,500. A cleaning fee of $100 is deducted from the deposit as well. If you have a pet, you may bring him/her, but a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required.
