Vacation Rental Description

Fabulous Vacation Rental at PGA National--Palm Beach Gardens, FL
$2,000 per Month for August and September 2009. $5000 for October through December. $6000 for the months January through May. $4000 for June and July. The Golf/Tennis Membership is a one time charge of $800 for the rental time--the amount is the cost of transferring the membership into occupant's name. PGA National only allows the owners to transfer membership four times a year so early reservations increase the chances of being able to procure the membership.

in excellent cream-puff condition. This two bedroom and den home with
built-in bookcase and TV, 2 baths, deluxe kitchen with eating
area, and dining room. Fully furnished down to the last detail.

of PGA National's famed golf courses: The Haig and The General.
Charming piazzas, courtyard fountains, Roman baths and a myriad of

PGA National Resort, as well as access to the 5 star hotel's spa and
restaurants. The community pool is available to all occupants and is just steps away from your door.

Activities and attractions in Palm Beach Gardens Atlantic Coast South
Besides golf and tennis, there are wonderful restaurants at the PGA
National Resort and Spa, including Shula's Steakhouse and Arezzo
Italian restaurant--plus many other restaurants nearby.
The beach is only 20 minutes away for swimming, sailing,
deep sea fishing and other water sports.

Palm Beach with its art galleries, Kravitz Center for the Performing
Arts, the new exciting City Place, Norton Art Museum, and Worth
Avenue is 25 minutes away. West Palm Beach is also the site of the
Flagler museum, the former home of one of South Florida's pioneers.

Tons of shopping is nearby at the Gardens of the Palm Beaches which
has Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue and many other stores.

Spring training is held during the months of February and March in

When the reservation is made more than a month in advance, 50% of the rental price should be received two months prior to occupancy with the other 50% paid one month from occupancy. If there is less than a month prior to occupancy, the full amount should be received prior to occupancy. If cancellation is made at least two months in advance, the advance money will be refunded. Wire transfer of money or US Check are accepted.
