This 2 Bd./1 bath/LR/FR house is located at 125 hubers Fish camp
Rd., Fruitland, Fl.32112. The house sits on a 1.5 acre lot with
400+ft. of St. John's River frontage. This rural, quiet setting has
a boat ramp adjacent to the property, so bring your boat. The house
is on the east side of Fruitland cove and is 3 mi. north of Lake
George and 3 mi. from the Oklawaha River and the town of Welaka.Vacation Rental Amenities
Relaxation is the operative word. This is a beautiful spot and has
been our family vacation house for the last 10 yrs. Eagles nest on
the property, otters play on the water's edge etc. Slow down and
watch the river and the sunsets from the rope hammock or the
Adirondack chairs on the point. The house has been renovated in
2006. Totally furnished with linens, washer/dryer, cable TV, full
kitchen etc.. Activities and Attractions
For 10 years we never had TV ( we have TV now). Our family enjoyed
at night playing darts, cribbage, cards, reading, listening to the
frogs and of couse watching the sunset. This is a place to slow down
and enjoy.

There is a public golf course (1 mi. away), terrific fishing on the
second longest northern flowing river in the world (bass, stripped
bass, bream etc.), Mud Springs State Park w/ hiking trails (3 mi.
away), St. Augustine (40 Mi.) and Orlando(90 mi.)all close by. The
towns of Welaka and Crescent City are both 15 min. away and offer
restaurants, shopping and all the necessary stores. Palatka, a
larger town, is 30 min. away.

Medical care is available in Welaka, Crescent City and a hospital in
Palatka.
