$650-700 per week in US Dollars. Call or e-mail for rates to special events like Speed Weeks, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break, BCR, Pepsi 400. Refundable security deposit is required to lock the dates ($200.00 on weekly stays and $500.00 on monthly). Remaining full payment is due 60 days prior to vacation date (90 Days for special events). Full refund of entire security deposit if you cancel more than 60 days prior to the first date of your reservation (90 days prior for special events). Under 60 days, I will refund the security deposit and payment if I am able to rent the unit for your reservation date, 90 days notice applies to special events (Bike Week, Speed Weeks, etc). Weekly rates from Saturday thru Saturday unless approved in advance. Check In 3:00PM and Check Out 10:00AM (I am flexible. No smoking, no pets and please abide by the townhouse regulations.
