This quaint, 4-bedroom vacation beach cottage is newly-renovated and beautifully landscaped, with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable beach vacation! It is fully stocked with all the necessities to comfortably accommodate 8 people and has a full laundry room! Located on a peninsula just one block wide, you are 500' from the beach on one side and half a block from the Intracoastal on the other. The sunrises over the Ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal are breathtaking! You will smell the salt-sea air and hear the surf rolling in the distance. Restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. Whether you seek a quiet, secluded place to sun, relax in a hot tub, or look forward to more activities, such as swimming, surfing, fishing, boating, biking, hiking on nature trails (the list is endless), this Beach Getaway offers it all! 

This beach house has all the amenities to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The only thing required is a quick trip to the nearby supermarket to stock the frig. The Pelican's Nest has four spacious bedrooms (3-Queen beds, 1-two Twin beds). There are flat-screen TVs in 3 of the bedrooms, plus a lg. TV in the Livingrm. The kitchen is fully-equipped; the laundry room has plenty of storage/counter-top space, and is stocked with beach towels. The living room has an entertainment center with a large (cable) TV and stereo system with surround sound. You also have wireless internet access! The backyard has a patio, hot tub, outside shower (hot/cold water) and bar area, and is totally secluded! The beach is only steps away...with a beach wagon/umbrella in the back shed/bar area for transporting beach essentials. We also can accommodate infants: $100 Rental Fee for (1) Kolcraft Stroller, (1) Flutterbye Dream Swing, (1) Pack 'N Play Crib.

Most guests enjoy the beach 5 minutes away, but there are many other things to do: Flagler Fishing Pier (10 min. North); Daytona Beach (10 min. South); International Speedway (20 min. South); Marineland and Matanza Inlet (45 min. North); historic St. Augustine (1 hour North); Kennedy Space Center (1-1/2 hours South); Disney, Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Theme Parks (1-1/2 hours South/West). You don't have to go far, to stay busy! Local attractions/activities include: golf, many beachside restaurants/shops, a hike through Bicentennial Park, a scenic drive on the famous "Loop", crabbing/fishing on the Intracoastal, airboat rides, scenic boat tours, etc. The list is endless!!!
