Our furnished 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo is located only minutes north of Daytona Beach and across the street from the beach on A1A. If you are particular, then our 2nd Floor Condo with an ocean view from it's private balcony is where need to stay!! Very Clean with newly painted interior, new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets, etc.

Our traffic-free beach is ideal for those long, peaceful walks sunrise or sunset. Time it right, you can see a Shuttle after launching from nearby Cape Canveral. Oh yes, we can't forget to mention dolphin sightings, which aren't uncommon.

Maximum 4 Persons Allowed At Any Time (day or night)
No Smoking

No Campers, Trailers, Boats or Motor Homes (local rental storage facilities)

    Low Season Rate -$650 Weekly Rates subject to change without notice **Special Events and Some Holidays Higher** Must be 21 to sign agreement. No subleasing. Only upon receipt of a $300 deposit will confirmation be given; refundable after departure if there is no breach of contract and condo is left in same condition as upon arrival. Installments due depends upon reservation dates with final payment due 30 days prior to check-in. If arrival date is within 30 days,entire balance and deposit are due in full in order to be given a confirmation. $70 Cleaning Fee 12.5% Florida Taxes Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.
